Before you Book

Got questions before you start your adventure with Pinoy Tourism? You’re in the right place. We’ve gathered the most common pre-booking questions to help you plan your trip smoothly and confidently.

Trip Pricing and Inclusions

Our tour prices are listed per person, based on twin-share accommodation (two guests sharing a room with a private bathroom). Solo travelers can book a single room option, which will appear once you select your departure date.

Included:

  • Comfortable hotel stays throughout your tour

  • Daily breakfast and selected dinners, as outlined in your itinerary

  • A professional Travel Director and Driver throughout your journey

  • Porterage, hotel taxes, and service charges

  • Sightseeing and experiences mentioned in your itinerary

  • Complimentary coach transfers, where available (see Airport Transfers page)


Not included:

  • International flights to and from your starting destination (available upon request)

  • Additional hotel nights before or after your tour (can be booked through us)

  • Optional experiences and add-on activities

  • Visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses

  • Meals and transport not stated in your itinerary

 A Guaranteed Departure means your trip is confirmed to run — the minimum number of guests has been met, so your plans are secure. If a tour isn’t guaranteed yet, it may still become confirmed as more travelers join. If your selected date doesn’t go ahead, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative date, itinerary, or a full refund of your tour payment.

Flights

Yes. You can book your international and domestic flights through us. We’ll match your flight details with your tour dates to ensure seamless transfers and coordination.

 It’s best to wait until your tour is confirmed before purchasing flights. Once confirmed, we recommend booking as early as possible for the best fares and seat options.

If you arrange your own flights, please share your details with us at least 21 days before departure so we can align airport transfers and other arrangements accordingly.

Airport Transfers

In most destinations, complimentary transfers are included on the first and last days of your itinerary. If you’re arriving before or leaving after these dates, you can still book transfers through us when your extra nights are arranged with Pinoy Tourism.

Payments and Deposits

 A small deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit amount and final balance due date will be outlined during the booking process.

Full payment is typically due 60 days before your tour begins. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. Details will be provided during checkout or by your travel agent.

Discounts and Rewards

Yes. Returning travelers automatically become members of our Global Tour Rewards program, which provides exclusive savings on future trips. Special offers and early booking discounts are also available throughout the year.

Solo Travel

 Absolutely. Solo travelers are welcome on all our tours. You can book a single room for an additional supplement or, on selected tours, request a room share with another solo guest of the same gender to avoid extra costs.

Group Bookings

Yes. We offer special group rates for families, friends, or organizations traveling together. Group sizes and benefits vary by tour, so contact us directly for details.

Travel Documents and Requirements

Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. It’s your responsibility to check and obtain the necessary documents before travel. We’ll provide guidance during the booking process, but it’s best to confirm with the relevant embassy or consulate.

 Yes. Your final travel documents, including your detailed itinerary and hotel information, will be sent electronically around three weeks before departure.

Travel Insurance

Yes, travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests. It should cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, and lost or delayed luggage. You can purchase your policy through us or any licensed provider.

Booking Changes and Cancellations

Changes are possible depending on availability. Amendment fees may apply, and details will be provided when changes are requested.

Cancellation fees vary based on how far in advance the booking is canceled. The full policy will be shared before payment, ensuring you understand your options clearly.
