Arrive in Romania’s capital, often called “Little Paris” for its Belle Époque architecture and lively café culture. Meet your Tour Director and fellow travelers in the evening for a warm welcome and a taste of Romanian hospitality.
Travel into the heart of Transylvania, where legends and landscapes intertwine. Visit the mountain resort town of Sinaia and see the fairytale Peleș Castle before continuing to Brașov — a medieval gem surrounded by the Carpathians.
Step into legend at Bran Castle, famously linked to Count Dracula. Later, explore Brașov’s cobbled Old Town — the Black Church, Council Square, and charming alleyways where history lingers in every corner.
Cross into Bulgaria and arrive in Veliko Târnovo, once the medieval capital of the Bulgarian Empire. Visit Tsarevets Fortress for sweeping views of the Yantra River, then stroll through the artisan lanes of Samovodska Charshia.

Leave Bulgaria behind and head west into North Macedonia. Arrive in Skopje, a city of contrasts — Ottoman-era bazaars, neoclassical facades, and bridges spanning the Vardar River.
Travel through lush valleys and cross into Albania. Arrive in Tirana, the colorful and lively capital. Explore Skanderbeg Square, the Palace of Culture, and the National Library — all set against a backdrop of vibrant street art and energy.
Cross into Montenegro and arrive at the Adriatic jewel of Budva. Wander through its sun-soaked Old Town, filled with Venetian walls, narrow alleys, and seaside cafés.
