Arrive at O.R. Tambo International Airport where you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. Settle in and get acquainted with Africa’s most energetic city before joining your Travel Director and fellow travellers for a Welcome Dinner.
Travel east into Mpumalanga along the Panorama Route. Stop to view Blyde River Canyon, God’s Window and Bourke’s Luck Potholes before reaching your hotel near Kruger National Park, your base for two nights.
Join a Local Specialist for a full-day safari in Kruger. Search for the Big 5, the Little 5 and a myriad of other wildlife that roam this vast landscape. Return to the lodge and spend the afternoon at leisure.
Cross into the Kingdom of Eswatini. Visit a Swazi Chief’s village for a cultural encounter of food, drumming and storytelling. Connect with the community before heading to your hotel in Mbabane.

Travel through the Valley of 1000 Hills en route to the Drakensberg. Stop in Underberg for local arts and crafts before arriving at your lodge at the foot of Sani Pass. Spend the afternoon relaxing.
Spend a full day exploring the UNESCO-listed Drakensberg Mountains. Choose between scenic walks, cultural discoveries or relaxation at the resort.
Drive through the Transkei region, stopping at Qunu, birthplace of Nelson Mandela. Continue to the Eastern Cape coastline where your lodge overlooks pristine beaches.
Enjoy a relaxed morning before travelling to Gqeberha, once called Port Elizabeth. This evening is free to explore the friendly coastal city at leisure.

Travel along the Garden Route to Cape Town. On arrival, ride the cable car up Table Mountain (weather permitting) for sweeping city and ocean views.
Spend the day at leisure in Cape Town. Explore vibrant neighbourhoods, enjoy the art scene or unwind by the V&A Waterfront. This evening, join your group for a Farewell Dinner of Cape Malay flavours.
