Head into the countryside for a Be My Guest lunch at a working dairy farm where you can make your own butter. Continue to Rotorua for Te Puia, watching Māori artisans at work, and explore the geothermal wonders of Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve.

Travel past Huka Falls and the Central Plateau, arriving in Wellington, New Zealand’s cool capital. Evening dinner included.
