Head north to Clare Valley, tasting wines at Knappstein Enterprise Winery and admiring panoramic artworks at Jeff Morgan Gallery. Continue into the dramatic Flinders Ranges and enjoy a welcome from a local Aboriginal Elder at Wilpena Pound Resort.
Take in views from Wangara Lookout and walk to Hills Homestead before traveling through Pichi Richi Pass to Quorn and then Port Augusta. Explore the Wadlata Outback Centre and enjoy dinner at a local pub.
Stop at Woomera Heritage Centre on the way to Coober Pedy. Meet a Local Specialist to learn about opals and experience the town’s unique underground homes. Overnight at Desert Cave Hotel, a true dugout experience.
Arrive at Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Watch the sunset over Uluru with sparkling wine and appetizers. Stay at Desert Gardens Hotel, with optional Uluru Barbecue Dinner and stargazing.
Rise early for sunrise at Uluru and enjoy a guided walk to Mutitjulu Waterhole. Visit Kata Tjuta’s Walpa Gorge, with optional scenic flights over these iconic landmarks.
Optional Field of Light Sunrise tour before traveling to Watarrka National Park. Take a rim walk along Kings Canyon or explore the creek bed, followed by dinner at Kings Canyon Resort. Â
Cross the Outback en route to Alice Springs. Stop at the 1871 Telegraph Station and ascend Anzac Hill for sweeping views.
Explore Alice Springs Desert Park with an Aboriginal guide and visit the Royal Flying Doctor Service. Enjoy a Be My Guest Aussie BBQ at the Earth Sanctuary World Nature Centre. Optional hot air ballooning is available.
Visit the School of the Air before exploring Karlu Karlu (Devils Marbles). Overnight in Tennant Creek.
Stop at Daly Waters Pub, take a refreshing swim in Mataranka thermal springs, and continue to Katherine for dinner.
Cruise Nitmiluk National Park with an Indigenous-owned boat, hike to view rock art, then continue to Kakadu for a Yellow Water Billabong cruise. Overnight at Mercure Kakadu Crocodile Hotel.
Visit Ubirr Aboriginal rock art site and Nadab Lookout before heading to Darwin. Optional visits include Mindil Beach Sunset Market or Deckchair Cinema. Scenic flights over Kakadu are also available.
